一、黃色環(huán)氧板簡介
　 環(huán)氧樹脂是泛指分子中含有兩個或兩個以上環(huán)氧基團的****高分子化合物，除個別外，它們的相對分子質(zhì)量都不高。環(huán)氧樹脂的分子結(jié)構(gòu)是以分子鏈中含有活潑的環(huán)氧基團為其特征，環(huán)氧基團可以位于分子鏈的末端、中間或成環(huán)狀結(jié)構(gòu)。由于分子結(jié)構(gòu)中含有活潑的環(huán)氧基團，使它們可與多種類型的固化劑發(fā)生交聯(lián)反應(yīng)而形成不溶、不熔的具有三向網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)的高聚物。
黃色環(huán)氧板是由玻璃纖維布用環(huán)氧樹脂粘合而成加溫加壓制作，型號為3240，在中溫下機械性能高，在高溫下電氣性能穩(wěn)定。適用于機械、電器及電子用高絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)零部件，具有高的機械和介電性能較好的耐熱性和耐潮性。耐熱等級F級（155度）。

5、在高溫180℃的情況下受熱變形，一般不與其他金屬在一塊受熱，可能引起金屬板材變形。

二、黃色環(huán)氧板應(yīng)用特性
1、 形式多樣。各種樹脂、固化劑、改性劑體系幾乎可以適應(yīng)各種應(yīng)用對形式提出的要求，其范圍可以從極低的粘度到高熔點固體。
2、 固化方便。選用各種不同的固化劑，環(huán)氧樹脂體系幾乎可以在0～180℃溫度范圍內(nèi)固化。
3、 粘附力強。環(huán)氧樹脂分子鏈中固有的極性羥基和醚鍵的存在，使其對各種物質(zhì)具有很高的粘附力。環(huán)氧樹脂固化時的收縮性低，產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)應(yīng)力小，這也有助于提高粘附強度。
4、 收縮性低。環(huán)氧樹脂和所用的固化劑的反應(yīng)是通過直接加成反應(yīng)或樹脂分子中環(huán)氧基的開環(huán)聚合反應(yīng)來進行的，沒有水或其它揮發(fā)性副產(chǎn)物放出。它們和不飽和聚酯樹脂、酚醛樹脂相比，在固化過程中顯示出很低的收縮性（小于2%）。
5、 力學(xué)性能。固化后的環(huán)氧樹脂體系具有優(yōu)良的力學(xué)性能。

  324環(huán)氧板以較高的機械性能和電氣性能，廣泛應(yīng)用在發(fā)電機、馬達、電子器具上作為絕緣材料和構(gòu)件。在變壓器油壓環(huán)境和濕度環(huán)境中也非常適用。

7、環(huán)氧樹脂和所用的固化劑的反應(yīng)是通過直接加成反應(yīng)或樹脂分子中環(huán)氧基的開環(huán)聚合反應(yīng)來進行的，沒有水或其它揮發(fā)性副產(chǎn)物放出。它們和不飽和聚酯樹脂、酚醛樹脂相比，在固化過程中顯示出很低的收縮性（小于2%）。
